Description

A research and industrial park is to be built on the site of the current Berlin Tegel Airport in the following years. The supply was put out to tender as a concession for the supply of cooling and heating. A low-temperature network with a flow temperature of 40°C is to be installed. Decentralised house connection stations will act as prosumers for heat and cold. Regenerative surpluses will be fed into the third party access concept. The developed concept was selected for the future concession. From the very beginning, heating and cooling offer the possibility of constructing buildings with the highest ecological standards. The project qualified for a Heat Grid 4.0 grant for planning and construction. BLS Energieplan was selected for further planning of the technical infrastructure.
