Support the Water Authorities in the overall change management process and restructuring of the organisations, the engagement of private operators and the necessary re-engineering of business processes. OMS supports the WAJ in reducing NRW to improve financial performance and reduce stress on ground water over-extraction as well as improvement of energy efficiency to ease the increasing burden of constantly increasing energy costs.
