As we develop our business we are enlarging our team and are looking for an

Assistant to COO International Cooperation (m/f/d)

Location: Germany or International

Contract: for 24 months, option for extension

  • Are you interested in development cooperation projects across different regions and financed by International Funding Agencies?
  • Are you interested in strategic business planning of our future development cooperation business?
  • Are you interested in working for a growing international company working across countries worldwide?
  • Are you interested in strategic development on corporate levels, supporting the establishment of new corporate structures including merger and acquisition activities?

Your Tasks

  • Contributing to our future business planning and strategies
  • Working on the establishment of joint structures and shared services within our growing group of companies
  • Supporting the enhancement of interface management procedures between corporate functions and individual companies are part of your tasks as well as the support to related change management processes
  • Working within a team on future merger and acquisition activities

Your Profile

  • University Degree (MSc.) in Corporate Development, Business Administration, Governance, Public Administration, Communication, Organisational Development, Studies focusing on Development Cooperation or similar
  • First experience gained in international companies or organisations would be an asset
  • First experience gained with projects funded by International Funding Institutions would be an asset
  • Very good English language skills, good French and German language skills would be an asset
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as per actual requirements
  • High level of capability to work independently and target oriented, self-responsible and able to support the decision-making on complex issues
  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
